Abstract in English of no more than 300 words shall reach the conference secretariat in Beijing before March 15th , 2005 . The abstract shall provide sufficient information to allow a fair assessment of the research and its results. The abstract must start with the full title of the paper, the author's name, affiliation, full postal address, and e-mail address. It must in a clear way give particular information about the purpose of the work, the scientific methods of approach, the main results obtained and the conclusions to be drawn. The abstract must also indicate which of the conference topics above it is addressing, if any. The abstract must indicate which way of presentation is preferable, oral, poster or do not mind.

The abstract shall preferably be sent in electronic way .

All papers must be presented in English by one of the listed authors.

to reach the secretariat before March 15th , 2005(Now postpone the end of submission of abstract for two weeks) .

The entire abstract must fit into one page of A4 ( 21cm x 29.7cm or 8.5in x 11in). The heading and text shall be typed or printed double-spaced (3 lines/inch) with 10 or 12 point or pitch font.
